Untested because I don't have a machine to test it with.  Cosmetically good condition. Returns are accepted for my asking price, so if it doesn't work you can send it back. I am also including a "Best Offer" option. For less than asking price, returns will not be accepted. You can buy it without a guarantee and without a return option for , still includes free shipping.  If you want to go that route, make sure you specify with your offer that you are buying it AS IS, NO RETURNS.
This came from an estate with a lot of machine knitting equipment, almost all in good working condition. Unfortunately, I can't test this without the rest of the machine. Don't think you can buy it and send your non-working one back, I put a couple identifying marks on the inside and took pictures.
All that said, for asking price I will accept it back and even pay return shipping.
