This is a nice new and great working powder coating oven the size is 8x8x20 full welded
tube frame and doors this oven is one nice oven last oven you will buy. My guys are certified welders the fire box is fully welded out of tubing and the doors will have welded hinges. Will be two 4 foot
doors that open on the front . The is a really nice new oven all
welded
. This is double sided g90 galvanized sheets and rock wool insulation to hold heat.
This new oven will have the whole back wall as a firebox w
ith 3” port holes and
louvers
to push air in all directions
and the burner mounted on the side to make the heat lot even so no hot spots. This oven will heat up on a cold start in 12-
15
minutes and recovery time is 2.5 minutes. We use 600lb pull magnets on the doors for the safety of you or your employees.
