This is Nicely Knit Cable Classics. Written by Mary Louise Norman. Published by Country Knitting Of Maine.
This is a wonderful and informative book on learning how to do cables on your knitting machine. This can also be used for hand knitting.

Wonderful book. Mary Louise was a wonderful writer and her books are classics.  I now own the copyrights to all of her work and have them available.
