I got this Alva Street Outlaw Jim Murphy board from Intensity Skates in either 1989 or 1990 and hooked it up with the best parts I could find at the time -- Tracker trucks, Vision wheels (I can't guarantee it but I believe they're either the "Purist" or "Proton" model), Shok Blox risers on the front, Santa Cruz Cell Block III riser pad on the rear topped off with clear grip tape.
Besides its great classic late 1980s/early 1990s concave design, it had a standout feature -- two sets of holes for the front truck mounting which allows for an adjustable wheelbase. At the time, I didn't know anyone else with this deck and I can't find much about it online now. Seems to be quite rare. I remember it getting good reviews when it first came out (which had to be in 1989 or 1990), one of the reasons I bought it initially.
I didn't ride this board for all that long before I retired it so it's still in very decent shape. There is a thin crack in the aluminum on the front truck (see pic) but the board still rides fine and the wheels feel stable. There's a few ancient Vision Street Wear and Intensity Skates stickers on the deck which I didn't bother removing.
