Description and Item Information
Up for sale is this Mount Washington cameo glass lamp shade or lamp base. Please excuse any glare in the photos. This piece is white and pink glass. On the exterior, some of the pink glass was removed to expose the white glass beneath. There is a solid band of pink above and below, with scalloped edges. The intricate pattern in the middle section features flowers and griffins. This piece is approximately 4 3/8 inches tall, with a maximum width of about 7 1/2 inches. Both rims are cut flat.
There are openings above and below.
The exterior diameter of the top rim is approximately 6 inches and the exterior diameter of the bottom rim is about 3 inches. Unpacked, this item weighs 1 pound 10.9 ounces. This would be an uncommon addition to a collection of Victorian art glass.
Identification
This unsigned piece is Mount Washington cameo art glass. I am not certain if the intended use was as a lamp shade or as a lamp base. The exact age of this antique piece is not known.
Condition
This piece looks good overall, with no cracks. There is minor edge wear. There were two tiny black speck marks and I was able to remove one. The upper and lower rims were ground at the factory. There are minor edge flakes and chips to the rims and adjacent areas from this grinding process. A very small bubble in the glass here or there is as made. Please review the description and photos, and ask any necessary questions prior to bidding or buying.

1. Payments
Taxes may be applicable. The correct shipping address must be included with payment. Contact the seller before bidding or buying to find out about acceptable payment methods for local pickups or deliveries. Payments must be received within three days of the end of the listing, unless prior arrangements have been made.
2. Shipping
Good packaging is included; double-boxing is not necessarily included. Framed art will not be shipped unframed. The seller usually ships on Mondays and Thursdays. The merchandise will normally be shipped on the seller's next shipping day after payment clears. The seller is not responsible for the transit time once the merchandise has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Shipping includes delivery to a physical address via a method of the seller's choice. If the buyer prefers a different shipping method other than that chosen by the seller, or if delivery is to a post office box, additional shipping costs may be required. At the seller's discretion, a signature may be required for delivery.
Shipping quotes must be requested prior to all international bidding or buying. For international shipping, there may be parcel size restrictions or prohibitions on certain classes of merchandise. Customs forms will not be falsified.
