This listing is for a literally brand new in original box and packing materials (including COA) Ertl Collectibles Special Edition 1920 Pierce Arrow Cab With Tanker vehicle die cast metal bank, for ages 8 and up. Box in original condition as well! Released as part of a series in 1999.  Please see all photos for more details and close ups.
