All items are sold with a DOA –Dead on Arrival implies that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after taking out from the box.
Buyer must report this situation to the seller within 48 hours upon the item is delivered. If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 48 hours after the good is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. No further exception will be considered about the time issue. The 48 hours period starts at the item shows “delivered” from the courier service’s tracking system.
An RMA number is required for all returns. Items without an RMA number included on the outside or inside of the package will be returned to the buyer.
In the case of RMA, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, insurance.
Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:
Carrier damage
Defective product
Product does not match advertising
Received incorrect product
