Description

Perma Seal is a single component high performance rubberized elastomeric roof sealer. When applied as directed, it will provide a waterproof and weatherproof seal despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. This sealer reflects sun rays and reduces inside temperatures for increased energy savings. Use this sealer for waterproofing and protecting your existing roof to eliminate the future expensive repair.
Apply 1st coat at a rate of 1 gallon per 50 sq ft (16 mills dry 32 mills wet), 2nd coat at a rate of a gallon per 60 sq ft.  Dry time/Touch 1hour, Re-coat in 24 hours, products should apply in at least 2 coats 24 hours apart for best result.
