Please remove charms from glass before placing in dishwasher. Charms are not to be cleaned in dishwasher. Harsh dishwasher soaps may cause the crystal beads to "cloud" up. Due to silver plate and the Tibetan silver over time charms may tarnish. Silver jewelry/tarnish cleaner may be used to clean charms as needed. Follow always the package directions, rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Do not let charms soak in cleaning

Please keep in mind when ordering a large amount for an event that I have no control over amount of time shipping takes on special ordered beads and charms. Some orders may take up to 6 or 7 weeks depending on the quantity of beads, bead colors, spacers, or if special charms are ordered.

Return Policy
Returns accepted if item ordered was grossly misrepresented within the description and only under the following conditions.
1.  Buyer must pay return shipping.
2.  Must be returned within 30 days after receiving order.
3.  Must be returned new, and unused, in the same condition as sent from seller and in same condition as shown in listing photo.
4.  Beaded item packages must be unopened for returns.

I am using a digital camera but pictures don’t always capture the true colors. Computer monitor settings differ and may make an item look slightly different in hue.  If an item is shown in blue, you’ll get blue! The item might be slightly different (lighter or darker) due to different monitor settings.
