This is for an Omron Blood Pressure Monitor, model BP742.  It runs on 4 AA batters (NOT INCLUDED). You can also buy an A/C adapter for it, but that is also NOT INCLUDED.  The monitor comes in the original packaging with the documentation.  You will receive the monitor, the arm cuff, and the documentation.  Batteries are NOT included.  The item has been tested and is working well.
