I'm retiring and closing up shop.   Offered are 102 original auto & truck full page magazine advertisements from Look, Life, Post, Better Homes, Colliers, American Home, Holiday, and Country Gentleman magazines.  They depict a variety of cars and a few trucks, from the 1940's, '50s, and '60s, including the following:  Chevrolet, Chevy Corvair, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Mercury, DeSoto, Plymouth, Nash, Willys, Studebaker, Cadillac, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Lincoln, Buick, Ford Truck, Ford Mustang, Rambler, Volkswagon, Renault, and Hudson.  Most of the ads are full color, a few are black and white, five ads are from the 1940's, 31 ads are from the 1950's, and 66 ads are from the 1960's.  They closely measure 10" x 14" and 9" x 12", depending on the magazine, all are in very good condition with no tears, marks, creases or fading, and are suitable for matting and framing.  Some have rough edges, but would be covered by matting, and a few are age-yellowed, but are still presentable.  The photos will give you a sampling of the quality, and I invite questions.  The cost, and hard work of finding old magazines in decent condition, searching for popular car ads, and protecting them in cellophane sleeves is done for you, and most are lightly marked on the back as to the date and magazine source.  This is an ideal selection to sell at antique car shows, flea markets, antique malls, or online, and they can bring prices between and , depending on the popularity and demand.  These are ready to sell and they'll be shipped to ensure arrival without damage.  If you are currently a seller, this is an excellent supply to add to your inventory.  If not, it's an opportunity to get started with a great variety of both styles and years.  They have been well maintained from a smoke free, pet free, climate-controlled home.
