Victorian Pink Satin Enamel Mt Washington Webb Era Cased Art Glass Vase Birds

Offered here is a beautiful pink satin vase with an optical rib design.
I want you to note that the glass shown in the pontil scare appears to be white which gives the inside of this vase the optical lines inside, but the neck, etc. does not show that it is cased so I am not certain just how it was created.  It is not heavy, chunky glass.
It is decorated beautifully with a raised hand applied enamel design of blue birds, flowers all accented tastefully with gold.  Just beautifully done!!
This piece measures approx. 8" tall.
I believe, but am not certain, that this might be Mt. Washington as it comes from a very high end estate in an Ohio River Valley historic district.  I have also seen Mt. Washington glass with these birds on it.
This fine piece has a ground pontil.
