VINTAGE 1978 VANS ACS QUAD ROLLER SKATES FANTASTIC CONDITION! SIZE 5 SKATEBOARD

Description

Very cool original vintage 1978 VANS/ACS red/white/blue quad roller skates! These were advertised in Skateboarder Magazine in '78.
Very hard to find in this condition, they show very little wear and display incredible!
These Vans high tops are very unique as they don't have the typical flat gum sole as the great skateboard shoes they were
producing
in the 70's but have a running shoe type sole that Nike was making for their running shoes (worked better for the heel lift).
Shoe has a red canvas body with blue
suede
toe/heel caps and lacing eyelets. Both shoes have a red/white/blue ACS logo patch (factory sewn on) and the famous Vans white leather striping.
The skate base plates are ACS Skate Mates with ACS 430 trucks (1 3/4" hanger), wheels are blue Val Surf (marked Val) 2 1/2" diameter x 1 1/2" wide.
Wheels show very little wear, right toe stop has toe drag wear, other than that they look NM! (see photos for condition details).
