    Vintage Tube High Voltage Power Supply Inductor Choke 18 HY  200MA  175 Ω 1.8LB
    I could not find any reference to this part number to verify specifications. The information given is from my own testing and is approximated. The DC resistance measured 175 ohms. The ac inductive reactance (XL) measured 7000 ohms @ 60Hz. The inductance (L) calculates to be around 18HY. I ran 200ma DC through it for 1/2 hr and it only got warm to touch.
    It measures 2.5" x 2" x by 3" tall. It weighs 1.8LB. It is mounted with 4/ 8-32 (not included).
    I would conclude that these chokes would work well with most any vacuum tube power supply pie filter application and handle high audio power.
    I could be wrong but I believe they are vintage military new old stock. Please contact me if you can supply more info about these inductors.
