    BRAND NEW, comes in it's ORIGINAL BOX with PAPERWORK.....Measures 3.5" in diameter.....Cup plates were widely used in the 18th & early 19th Century.  Hot tea was served in handleless cups and poured into saucers to cool.  Tea was drunk from the saucer while the cup was placed on a cup plate to protect the table....Please feel free to email any questions.
